Everyone is welcome!

Everyone can join the Friends of MPL to get advance notice of sales and other member perks, but if you would like to do more, consider becoming an active member of the Friends Board. You can help guide the Friends' activities, organize and plan book sales, and more. Find out about the Friends Board at the Friends Annual Meeting.

Join the Friends Today! The Friends group is a 501 (c)(3) organization, whose purpose is to support Muncie Public Library. Membership dues and money raised at book sales help make MPL programs and projects possible throughout the year, such as the children's Summer Reading Program, author visits, and more! Join the Friends now and consider becoming an active member to help plan and host the Friends Book Sales. Have books to donate? 
The Friends will now accept book donations at their book sales. Please only one bag of donations per visitor. If you have donation questions, please call the MPL PR office at (765) 741-7336. 

Want to become a member? 
Download the  Friends New Membership Form and drop it off at any Library location or mail it to the address on the form. As a member of the Friends, you'll be invited to Friends-only events and have the first pick at the Friends book sale!
